1.
Will there be
any additional
charge for requesting
tutors from
"Nanyang
Tuition Education
Agency"
?
No, there is
no additional
charge for parents
besides the monthly
tuition fees that
is required to
pay to the tutor.
Parent
will be required
to pay 50% for
the tuition fees
(based on the
first
course of lesson
)as our commission
into our account
(One time fee).
The 50% fees is
deducted from
the tutor's first
month course fee.
We will be collecting
the payment after
the 2nd week of
tuition's commencement.
Thereafter, parent
will pay the remaining
50% payment to
the tutor at the
end of 4 weeks
(one month) of
tutoring. For
subsequent months,
tutor will
keep the full
tuition fees.
Parents are advised
not to pay the
tutor in advance
before the lesson
commencement.
You are advised
to keep the issued
receipt
for documentation
purpose.
One month= 4 weeks.
Example: Monthly
tuition fee ,$180
per 8 lessons
After the 4 lessons,
our agency will
be collecting
$90 as our service
fee. At
the end of 8 lesson,
parent is required
to make the remaining
payment of
$90 to tutor.
Subsequent payment
of $180 will goes
to the tutor after
every 4 weeks..
2.
Cancellation of
Assignment
In the event where
parent decided
to cancel the
tuition before
the first lesson
that
has agreed upon,
prior notice of
48 hours before
the first lesson
must be given
to "Nanyang
Tuition Education
Consultancy".
**If
parent fail to
notify of your
cancellation,
an administrative
charge of SGD
50 will be imposed.

How can we assure
that parent's
personal information
is kept in privacy?
Be assured that
your privacy is
fully protected
as we will not
reveal your contact
information until
you agreed to
engage to a particular
tutor.
4.
What is the procedure
to follow if parent
were to quit tuition
after a few lessons?
Student are advised
to commit at least
one month of tutoring.
This allows a
minimum period
for both the student
and the tutor
to get used to
each other's
style of learning
and teaching.
5.
What if parent
finds the tutor
unsuitable for
child after the
first lessons?
Our first lesson
is a trial which
means that student
is only required
to make payment
for the one (1)
lesson fee if
the tutor is unsuitable.
We have this
policy to ensure
that the student
will get a qualify
tutor of their
choice. Parent
got the power
to choose!
** Pls kindly
note that the
1st lesson is
payable if parent
decided to hire
the tutor for
your child
6.
How can parent
ensure that the
engaged tutor
is qualified?
The parent is
able to request
for the tutor
to show them their
relevant certifications
for verification
on the first day
of lesson but
he/she is required
to inform the
agency
as an additional
request remark.
7.
How should the
commission be
paid?
Student/ parent
may choose to
pay via bank transfer/
cheque or our
staff will
make a trip down
to the student's
place to collect
the commission
fee. Receipt/
Invoice will be
issued for payment.
A sms reminder
will be sent to
parent by the
agency after 2nd
week of lessons
on payment instructions.
This amount will
be
deducted from
the tutor's salary.

9.
How is the peer
to peer home based
computer training
goes like?
Student will need
to commit at least
ten(10) lessons
(1.5 hours minimum
per
lesson)
for the training.
This training
is flexible which
means that the
course outline
can
be customised
based on the students
ability to absorb
the course. The
fees will be
paid after each
lesson. Student
are required to
make payment for
the lessons
in events that
the lessons are
terminated abruptly.
10.
Is there a trial
lesson for Piano
lesson & Computer
training too?
Yes. Same condition
applies for Home
tuition.
